AI Nexus provides a management platform for accessing various AI productivity tools. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with OpenAI, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The access provided is for your personal use (or shared use where specified). You agree not to distribute or resell your access credentials to third parties.
We offer a 30-day warranty for service interruptions. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis depending on usage and the nature of the technical issue encountered.
In no event shall AI Nexus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
